Australia Post is committed to supporting an equitable representation of gender across the organisation, so increasing women’s participation across the business is a key focus area.
With a focus on gender equality we have the goal of 40% representation of women across our workforce and 40% of women in leadership positions by 2026.
We already have gender equality in our executive leadership team of 50% women and our gender pay equality results in 2021 showed that our gender pay difference was slightly favourable to female employees by just above 2 per cent.
We’re updating our recruitment processes, looking at how we develop talent and challenging role structures to create a working environment that helps our team members thrive.
