At Australia Post, we know our employees across our business represent the community that we work in every day. To help us better understand the depth of our diversity, we ask employees to complete their diversity profile. By having a greater understanding of our diversity we get a better picture of the Australia Post tapestry, which proudly embraces the numerous cultures, backgrounds and abilities, as well as offer programs, networks, support and representation for many diverse backgrounds. Your diversity profile is confidential, and will not be shared with your manager or team. If you wish to update your gender identity, you're able to in OurPost by updating in your Dashboard.
