How you can get involved
In addition to reading our 2025 Sustainability Roadmap, there are several ways that you can take action against each of our six initiatives outlined in the table below.
1. Empower our people to work safely
- Live TIES values of Trust, Inclusivity, Empowerment & Safety
- Be an active participant in Our AP Way
- Support ‘Safety Time’: a dedicated time to stop, speak up and make safety-related commitments that are relevant to our specific roles and workplaces
2. Reflect & support Australia’s diverse communities
- Join inclusion networks for team members and their allies:
- Join NAWO – the leading national network for women in operations
- Promote our Community Grants & People at Post Grants
- Workplace Giving
- Support community campaigns
3. Target Net Zero by 2050
- Calculate your personal environmental footprint via WWF’s Ecological Footprint Calculator or the Carbon Positive Australia’s Carbon Footprint Calculator
- Identify specific carbon reduction opportunities in your local work area and build into working rhythm e.g. turn off equipment after use
