To make a booking, please click on the link below and follow the below steps

• Visit: chemistwarehouse.com.au/flu
• Select “BOOK NOW” under Flu Immunisation heading
• Type in your postcode to bring up a list of your nearest participating pharmacies
• Choose “Influenza Vaccination $20.99” from the top of the list.
• Select the pharmacy you would like to book in to  
• Select the date and time you would like to book in to 
• Enter in your contact details (email, phone number, name, DOB, Medicare, address, etc.)  
• Under the “Discounted by” section, choose “Voucher” from the drop down and enter your unique business unit code (see below).  
• Under “Got a voucher code? Add it here”: Find your business unit name in the list below and type in the unique 6 digit code next to it from the list below:  For example: If you work in the Legal business unit your voucher code is 102138

• Click Apply and continue with your booking details.
• Once your booking has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address with details of your booking.
• Please note that all of the Chemist Warehouse codes have an expiry date of June 23, 2025 (however we recommend you make a booking now to ensure you don’t miss out!)

Note: It is important you use the URL specified above to book your flu shot.

• Enter your postcode.
• Check the box “Only show locations that accept vouchers”.
• Select Flu vaccination from the service drop down box followed up by “Flu Vaccinations 2025” from the next drop-down box.
• The nearest pharmacies with flu vaccination appointments available will pop up. Click show all availabilities to view more time options.  Select the time and location that suits you. 
• Select from “Who is this appointment for?” options.
• Select “Have you attended this pharmacy before?” option.
• Click on the “What type of appointment do you need?” and continue.
• Complete the requested information and click Continue.
• Click on “Use Voucher Code” and input your Voucher number into the box. To find your voucher locate your business unit in the table below and enter the corresponding code.  
  For example, if you work in the Parcel, Post & eCommerce Services business unit you would input the following code: APP7858944321 
  

If you're in a small facility in a remote location without access to a Chemist Warehouse or Priceline Pharmacy, you can arrange to have a flu shot through your local GP or pharmacy and be reimbursed for up to $20.

For Australia Post team members 

Please complete the online reimbursement through MyBuy.

1.   Go to your dashboard from OurPost
   
2.  Click on MyBuy
3. Click on enter Employee Reimbursement 
4. Fill out the form with GL code 3270 and submit
   

Note: If you are working from home you will need to be connected to the VPN to access MyBuy.

For licensees

For reimbursement of up to $20, the licensee is asked to email their work centre code, the name of the LPO, the name of the team member as well as evidence of payment to FluHealthChecks@auspost.com.au

The licensee will receive reimbursement through the monthly POMS.

For delivery contractors

If you are a Delivery Contractor, you can seek reimbursement from your local DC.
