When can I book in my flu shot?
Network Ops: Onsite flu shots for large delivery centres will be available to book on 13 March. In-store flu shots at Chemist Warehouse and Priceline will commence on 01 April.
All other BUs: The flu program commences on 1 April and runs until the end of June or until stocks run out.
Can I receive an onsite flu shot in a corporate office?
We are not providing an onsite service at corporate office locations as there are Chemist Warehouse and Priceline pharmacies local to our corporate locations.
Can I receive an onsite flu shot at my delivery centre?
Yes. If you are a manager, please be aware that BizHealth are delivering our onsite service where there are more than 10 interested team members. Please email business@bizhealth.com.au directly to make a booking request and provide your name, location, number of team members and preferred days of the week/timing.
I work in a remote location and do not have a Priceline or Chemist Warehouse locally. Can I receive my flu shot from my local pharmacy and claim reimbursement?
For Australia Post team members
Please complete the online reimbursement through MyBuy.
- Go to your dashboard from OurPost
- Click on MyBuy
- Click on enter Employee Reimbursement
- Fill out the form with GL code 3270 and submit
Note: If you are working from home you will need to be connected to the VPN to access MyBuy.

For licensees
For reimbursement of up to $20, the licensee is asked to email their work centre code, the name of the LPO, the name of the team member as well as evidence of payment to FluHealthChecks@auspost.com.au
The licensee will receive reimbursement through the monthly POMS.

For delivery contractors
If you are a Delivery Contractor, you can seek reimbursement from your local DC.

I am part of the Australia Post extended workforce (including subsidiary company, LPO, delivery contractor, CMA, CPA). Am I still able to access a free flu shot?
Yes, the flu shot program is available to the entire Australia Post workforce.
Is my immediate family member able to access a free flu shot through this campaign?
The free flu shot program is not available to immediate family members of the Australia Post workforce.
I would like to access a certificate for my flu shot, how do I do this?
All flu vaccination records are available to be viewed by individuals through MyGov via https://my.gov.au/.
Please note: If you have booked your flu shot using a manual booking system/ patient consent form, then your record may take up to 10 business days to be available on MyGov.
What flu vaccine options are available to me through this program?
If you book through Priceline or BizHealth you will receive the Afluria Quadrivalent vaccine. You can find the Consumer Medicine Information summary here.
If you book through Chemist Warehouse you will receive the Influvac Tetra vaccine. You can find the Consumer Medicine Information summary here.
