Dealing with incidents and injuries
Our aim is to keep everyone safe, everywhere, but if an incident does happen, we want to make sure it’s investigated so that it doesn’t happen again and people involved are supported in their recovery and to return to work.

If you need immediate medical attention, dial 000 or contact the First Aid officer in your area.
We have trained First Aiders to treat injuries and illnesses. They may need to help a workmate, contractor, customer or someone else visiting your workplace.
The best way for us to keep everyone safe everywhere, is to be prepared, minimise the risk of harm and have plans in place to deal with emergencies.

Supporting Wellbeing after an Incident
We have a procedure to support the wellbeing of team members involved in a critical incident that exposes them to psychological or physical harm.
All team leaders should ensure they are familiar with the procedure’s steps and their responsibilities so that in the unlikely event they need to act, they can do so quickly and safely.

If you're an employee and become injured or unwell as a result of an incident, there's support in place to get you back to health and back to work.
