The Workforce Assistance Program (WAP) is a free, confidential counselling and coaching service, provided by independent counselling service Converge International to the Australia Post Workforce and eligible family members to support them with work or personal difficulties. Call 1300 687 327

Six, free, one-hour sessions are provided to you (per issue you wish to discuss), during each contract year (Oct-September), with the option of telephone, virtual or in-person appointments. Employees who are experiencing work or personal difficulties can speak with experienced psychologists and councillors, access 24/7 support and receive an in-person appointment within 48h of making a call. For our managers and people leaders, please call the Manager Assist service for strategies, suggestions, and options to support your team and yourself. Guidance is available to support you manage all people-related issues.
