If you need to work from home or remotely, you’ll find information and guides to get you started on the Australia Post intranet, called Isaac. Type https://auspost.sharepoint.com/sites/isaac/ into your browser to access Isaac. This guide will also help you to get started. 

Remember if you’re working remotely:

  • Most applications - including all Office 365, OurPost, Isaac and the OurPost Dashboard - can be accessed over the internet. You don’t need to use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) if you’re accessing email, using Microsoft Office applications or accessing the OurPost dashboard.
  • VPN should only be used if you need to access internal applications, such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Please keep your VPN connection time to a minimum and disconnect when you no longer need this connection.

Your safety while working from home

Australia Post has an obligation to ensure the health and safety of its people as far as reasonably practicable. With the large increase of people working from home due to COVID-19, we have revised our existing policies and procedures to better care for our people in their home-based workplaces. Whilst it is not possible for us to conduct in-home assessments or provide full workstation set ups for every person, we have taken a risk-based approach to ensure our people are safe and well.
