You can access Isaac from the link on OurPost or via the OurPost Dashboard. Once you’ve accessed it for the first time, save it to your favourites by clicking on the star in the in the top right hand corner of your web browser.

Yes you will be able to access Isaac from any device. You'll be prompted to enter your Australia Post username and password. If you need help with your username and password, call myIT on 132 131.

If you're using a kiosk device in one of our operational facilities to access Isaac, go to the OurPost Dashboard and then click on the Isaac tile. If you cannot see the Isaac tile on the OurPost Dashboard or you need help with your username and password, call myIT on 132 131.

Isaac has a homepage which provides links to applications and tools, search engines, latest news from OurPost, Yammer and Twitter, and links to key support channels.

You’ll also see links to recent documents that you’ve been working on.The site also has a menu across the top to take you to content on the site relating to people, safety, our business units, network operations and business support services. 

Each of the content sections (People, Safety and Injury management etc) has a landing page with the sub-categories of content that you’ll find in these sections, to help you get to the information you need.Content pages generally have overview or detailed information on a specific topic, as well as links to related documents or applications and content owner details. 

We have placed the 12 most frequently accessed applications on the Isaac homepage. If you would like to change these and add links to other applications and tools, websites or anything else simply delete one and add another. You will be able to search and find all Australia Post applications and tools using the dedicated applications and tools search engine, also on the homepage.

The homepage is split into three key sections:

• Popular links – including 12 tiles linking you to the most commonly accessed applications and tools, and links to the most recent documents you’ve accessed
• Search – three search engines, assisting you connect with content including applications, forms and people information
• News and conversations – links to news, video, Yammer and Twitter feeds.

You’ll also see a menu across the top, providing links to the key content sections in the site:

• People – information about pay and leave, learning and performance, leading a team, recruitment and HR policies
• Safety and injury management – information about hazards, incidents and emergencies, injury management, our work health and safety system and health and wellbeing resources
• Business support – links to help you do your job such as building and facilities management, BCard information, security and our policy library
• Our teams – provides information about each of the eight business units in our organisation, with links to key contacts and reference information.
• Network operations – information to support our network, including delivery processes, time and attendance, mail contractor management and eCommerce delivery information.

Pogo was seven years old and the technology it was built with is costly to maintain. It is also limited in its technical capabilities and less than half of our workforce has access to it. Isaac is being developed on a new platform which will have improved technical capabilities and will be accessible to nearly all of our workforce.
