For most of us, the current health crisis has seen changes in the way we live and work, and for many of us, that brings feelings of uncertainty and anxiety about what is to come. That might include worries for the health of family members, our work, or our financial stability.
It’s important that we access good quality information as misinformation can create anxiety. Our Enterprise Safety department is regularly releasing information based on the most current government information, to keep us safe and healthy during this time.
Getting enough sleep and prioritising exercise is extremely helpful for stress reduction and overall mood.
While we need to stay informed about the Corona Virus, it can also become overwhelming and anxiety provoking when it’s the main focus of our attention. We can choose to limit our media consumption if it is unhelpful or distressing.
And as always, seeking support to manage our feelings about the current situation is a really good idea.
