Pause, Breathe, RESET
One of the most important things we can do during busy or stressful times is take the time to Pause and remember what’s important to us and the connections we have. A quick and easy activity we can do to help us stay safe is to practice Pause, Breathe and RESET.
Stretching resources are now available to help prevent manual handling injuries, reduce muscle tension and improve flexibility and circulation.
