Our AP Way Awards 2024

Awarded to an individual or team who goes above and beyond to deliver a positive outcome for our customers, consistently delivers great service, or has innovated to solve a customer problem. 

The winner will be selected by the Leadership Team based on team member submitted nominations. 

Any team member who has played a critical role in driving initiatives that positively impact sustainability across all three dimensions: people, the planet, and prosperity.  This could include significant contributions to initiatives outlined in the 2025 Sustainability Roadmap or driving and implementing other novel sustainability ideas and endeavours that have a measurable positive impact. 

The winner will be selected by the Leadership Team based on team member submitted nominations. 

Nominations for this award are based on the Business Unit quarterly leadership awards and selected by the Leadership Team. 

• Demonstrated change in culture at the facility/location as demonstrated through: 
• Showing activities to reduce or maintain low levels of Total Recordable Injuries and/or, 
• Significant sustained efforts to minimise their risk through the dock safety or riding/driving behaviours as monitored through technology and/or Significant improvements in their risk profile through other initiatives and/or 
• Engagement improvements at the facility as demonstrated by the FY24 AP Way Say survey such as wellbeing and psychological safety. 

The winning site will have exceeded all elements of their Safety Index Targets for FY24 and have met the Safety Quality Audi requirements for all eligible events.

• Productivity and safety measures including engagement, attendance and reduced injuries   LPOs (CPAs are not eligible for this award) 
• Must have held license for at least 12 months and not be in the process of divesting license. 
• Must not currently or have been under investigation for material breaches in the last 12 months

• Consistently delivered positive outcomes to their customers (including small businesses), their local community, contribution to the AP ecosystem  

Eligibility: 

• AP and ST Delivery Partners and their drivers (if applicable)  
• Must have held Contract for at least 12 months, not currently in process of seeing out the tender 
• Must be in compliance with all Australia Post policies and not currently or have been under investigation in the last 12 months  

Any team working in Network Operations who has gone above and beyond to deliver an up-lift in results. Things taken into consideration will include: 

• Aggregation scan results 
• LEAN achievement 
• Productivity measures 
• Either delivery on road or machine throughput 
• Evidenced initiatives towards DIFOT. 

The winner of this award will be the salesperson who has achieved the highest revenue result for the financial year. 

To be eligible, this team member must ensure minimum behaviour and ethical standards are met, compliance training is complete, and best practice sales standards are adhered to with no sever improprieties relating to sales audits.
