We are happy to advise that the following new functionality is available in OneSafe: 

1. Improved controls to ensure injuries and property damage details are recorded correctly when an incident is reported. 
2. An easier way to capture Injury details when recording a safety event using the Body image.
3. Questionnaires in My PSIs that allow you to record some of your previously created manual safety functions, including**:

• Fire/Evacuation Drills Questionnaire
• Safety Inspection Review Questionnaire
• Contractor Management Checks Questionnaire
• WHSC Meetings Questionnaire
• License Checks QuestionnaireContractor Driver Field Assessment Questionnaire
• Quarterly Safety Inspection Checklist

Quick Capture Mobile App for mobile devices, giving you the Ability to swiftly capture Safety Events (Hazard, Near Miss, or Incident) directly on your mobile device

To ensure that an injury related safety event recorded in OneSafe flows through to the Injury Management Team correctly, please ensure that you include all the required details in relation to the injured person.

If you are reporting that someone has been injured, complete the safety event information, ensuring the injury details are captured. To do this:

1. Select the People Involved button
2. Select Injured Person
3. Complete all of the details in relation to the injury

If you are reporting any type of motor vehicle injury involving load shifting equipment, cars, vans, trucks and all pick-up and delivery equipment, when completing the safety event information:

1. Refer to the Incident Detail screen
2. Click on the Impact button
3. Select Motor Vehicle check box
4. Update all of the details in the Motor Vehicle Impact screen including the vehicle and driver details.

OneSafe has functionality built in to notify Group Security directly of a Safety Event.

To do this, within OneSafe

• Select My Safety Events
• Click on the Emergency Services button
• Place a check inside the Group Security check box

Complete the rest of the safety event as per your usual process. Once you click Submit, Group Security will be notified of the safety event via email. For more information refer to the OneSafe Training tile

OneSafe dashboards to help keep track of your safety KPIs.
OneSafe has an Enterprise Safety Index Dashboard to help you manage your Safety KPIs. These are available within OneSafe Group Dashboard and OneSafe Facility Dashboard.

They will allow you to see the enterprise safety results and drill down on your own area of accountability for each of the four components in the safety index.

In some instances we have observed that the Level 2 dashboard does not load all the data the first time. If this does occur, refresh your browser by clicking on the refresh icon. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue and will update you when this occurs.

Hints and tips…

• Refer to the Safety Dashboard Training Material and the OneSafe training tile for support
• To access the OneSafe Dashboards you need to first register through the IT required security process, Okta. Remember to use your email address as your USERNAME. Refer to the OKTA help guide for more information.
• Create your own favourite views (such as your own facility view) so the Dashboard opens directly to your favourite view (Remember to click the ‘Pause’ button while selecting your parameters and ‘Resume’ once you are ready to search to save time)
• Remember to save your most important and regular Dashboard views as favourites for faster access to the data you need
