The Rainbow Peer Support group is part of our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce that is reflective of our customers and communities. . Founder Stu Kuhlman wanted this group to be the ‘mate’ our people can share their issues with if they aren’t comfortable approaching their manager or a trained professional. This diverse group provide support from team members to team members – in a confidential way, helping to build trust and provide a listening ear from someone who understands and supports all matters LGBTQIA+.
Not only is this initiative a great example of inclusivity, it also plays into the trust, safety and empowerment of our people, which we know are the core values central to how we work.
