We’ve awarded another 70 grants of up to $10,000 each for community-led, local projects that connect individuals and communities to improve mental health and mental wellbeing. Learn more about the projects we’re funding and see if there is a recipient in your community.

Applications are now open for the 2022 Australia Post Community Grants program. Eligible not-for-profit organisations can apply for a grant of up to $10,000 to support community-led, local projects that connect individuals and communities to improve mental health and mental wellbeing.

In 2021, Mitcham Charity Knitters were nominated for a People of Post Grant to help them continue to support vulnerable community members in Melbourne’s east. Learn more about what they do.

In 2021 Linda Wilson from the Alice Springs Post Office nominated the Arid Lands Environment Centre (ALEC) Westside Community Garden project for the People of Post Grants program.

Building on our partnership with Australian Red Cross, we’ve developed new toolkits and guides to help our enterprise and small business customers plan and prepare, in the lead up to the summer disaster season.

Earlier this year we partnered with the Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF) as part of our commitment to improving opportunities for reading and writing for all Australian children and providing more access to literacy for Indigenous children in particular.

We’re to support the new season of the podcast ‘Not Alone’. Hosted by Marc Fennel, the series features everyday Australians sharing experiences of their own mental health journey to help you with yours.
