Introducing mySafety

Australia Post and StarTrack team members (excluding extended workforce) now have access to the new enterprise safety and injury management system and reporting tool – mySafety. mySafety will co-exist with OneSafe and will focus on preventative safety and improved return to work outcomes.

What can I do in mySafety?

You will be able to use mySafety for any site inductions, meetings, audits and checklists. We don’t expect you to do more than you do now, only that when you are inducting people, recording safety briefings, meeting minutes, or conducting focussed safety observations, that you use mySafety to record it. These are now mandatory from 1 April 2023.

For now, continue using OneSafe for reporting incidents, hazards and near-misses, as well as the remainder of our checklists (e.g. Go-See-Walks) until we move these functions to the mySafety system in the new Financial Year.

How to access MySafety

To access the mySafety system go to the Tools and Apps section of your OurPost Dashboard.

Where can I find help if I need it?

We have Quick Reference Guides to support the features currently available. These can be accessed from the Help link by clicking on your initials on the top right-hand corner on any screen within the mySafety system. Alternatively, click on to the mySafety Training Resources link to go straight to the Quick Refence Guides.
