2024 ProjectME Applications Now Open

Who can apply for this program?
This program is purposely designed for award level team members, however any Australia Post Group team members who identify as female can apply for this program.

How much time do I need to invest at work and away from work?
We know from experience that the more you invest into the program the more you will get out of it. ProjectME is now delivered through an app so you can access the learning modules and content at a time that is convenient for you. The minimum time commitment is:
•   3 hours per week x 7 weeks.
•   Weekly 60-90-minute ProjectME circles (facilitated by a Circle Lead from the business).

What do I need to do if I change managers?
If you change role or your manager changes, please notify us immediately by raising a People Services Case and select Gender Equity classification. Our team will respond to your enquiry within 2 business days. We need to know the name of your previous manager and the name and email contact of your current manager. This will enable us to update your manager’s email contact and keep your program on track. 

What do I need to do if I change roles?
If you change your role, your program will continue uninterrupted, however that will mean you have a new manager! Please notify us immediately by raising a  People Services Case and select Gender Equity classification. Our team will respond to your enquiry within 2 business days. 

What if I don’t have a computer?
You can access ProjectME from a smartphone or iPad if you do not have a computer. You will need internet access. You may like to speak with your manager about accessing the materials from a work computer or go to your local library.

What happens after the program?
ProjectME will run an embed program for six months after the online program is completed. During this six months we will run one webinar which will be recorded for you to view at an alternative time if you cannot attend. You will receive an email once a month with more resources and actions to embed your learnings, and your manager will continue to support you through this.

How can I access EAP support?
Some of your learnings in ProjectME will dig quite deep and can bring up uncomfortable, or even painful feelings. If at any point you feel like you need extra support, please reach out to Converge, Australia Post's EAP provider.

What is the Australia Post social media policy?
Australia Post expects that when using social media you ensure that you are:
a)  complying with all our policies and procedures, including Our Ethics, the Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying Policy, the Group Technology Use Policy and the Group Information Security Policy or equivalent policy;
b)  treating others with courtesy and respect;
c)  not intentionally making comments, posting pictures or doing anything else online that could damage APG’s brand, reputation or commercial interests, security and/or customer confidence; and
d)  limiting access to non-professionally related Social Media at work or during work hours so that it is occasional, brief and is not excessive and ensure that it does not interfere with your productivity.
