The StarTrack – Transport Workers’ Union Enterprise Agreement NSW/ACT 2021 sets out the terms and conditions of employment for StarTrack’s award level operational team members in NSW and ACT.
The StarTrack – Transport Workers’ Union Enterprise Agreement NSW/ACT 2021 was approved by the Fair Work Commission on 7 April 2022, and came into effect on 14 April 2022 – seven calendar days after this approval was received.
