Australia Post are proud to be an official sponsor of Refugee Week this year, which runs between 18 - 24 June. As a values-based organisation with a commitment to inclusivity, the diversity of our workforce is a reflection of the diversity of the communities we are serving.
We're encouraging our people and teams to take a moment to celebrate the contributions that refugees have made to our country and our organisation.
We believe that by taking the time to listen and learn, we can build a more compassionate and understanding society that welcomes people from all walks of life.
We're also encouraging team members who identify as refugees/asylum seekers or as a refugee ally to join the Australia Post Refugee Employee Group by completing the expression of interest form below via the link below.

In the recent Our AP Way Say survey more than 470 team members across the operational areas of the business identified as being from refugee or asylum seeker backgrounds.
Our Refugee team members come from over 50 different countries of birth; 55% are from Vietnam, 4% from Afghanistan, with the rest coming from a large number of countries.
