New updates to mySafety
Continuing on our journey of making mySafety the enterprise platform for all safety and injury management, we have now added more features for our operational teams.
From July 3 all Proactive Safety Initiatives (PSI) must be completed in mySafety. This includes ongoing use of the currently available checklists, inductions and meetings, and we will be adding Go See Walks in a new simplified format. This means that everything except safety events (incidents, near misses and hazards) are to be entered into mySafety.
You will not be able to enter PSIs in OneSafe from 7 July. This is to allow you to close out any outstanding actions or forms relating to PSIs. You should close these out in OneSafe as soon as possible.
The transition to mySafety is making it easier and simpler for Australia Post and StarTrack team members (excluding extended workforce) to complete Go-See-Walks and other PSIs.

Completing Go-See-Walks in mySafety
- Is easier and simpler
- Menu options relevant to you and your team to ensure you pick the right form for your role
- Will help you get ready for the transition to reporting safety events and injury management in mySafety
- Aligns with the enterprise strategic priority to simplify our processes and systems
Additional safety and injury management modules will be added over the coming months, and we’ll let you know once these are available. For now, continue using OneSafe for reporting incidents, hazards and near-misses until we move these functions to mySafety.
